Cynthia Akinsanya baked her first celebration cake when she was eight, celebrating the Queen's Silver Jubilee. Cakes has been her consuming passion ever since.
Cynthia takes pride in the fact that everything is baked-from-scratch and to order, using the finest fresh ingredients, which become delightful, delicious, edible creations.
Cakes and creations are made with free-range eggs and fair-trade ingredients wherever possible. It is a pleasure to provide customers with superb service, quality, and a spirit of excellence.
Cynthia sees cake as another artistic medium to express a multitude of emotions for life events and celebrations.
Cynthia is Cordon Bleu trained and a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild.
