Our vision is a Sierra Leone where the maternal mortality rate is among the lowest five in the continent of Africa.
We will implement a simple, scalable, and sustainable health-systemic approach which will prevent maternal mortality, promote maternal health and prolong quality lives of rural women in Sierra Leone through multi-stakeholder partnerships and in line with global best practices.
We employ an approach that utilizes the World Health Organization (WHO) six blocks of Health System as a framework for implementing our strategic priorities:
- Improving access to care
- Improving service delivery systems
- Improving quality of care
Focusing on three rural clinics in need of help and transforming them into centers of excellence.
