About Shaping Leaders
Shaping Leaders was born in response to the 2020 protests in the US, UK and around the world against systemic racism. The movement sparked discourse about racial discrimination and prejudice in the field of behavior analysis. Research and the BACB's figures shows that Black and other minoritized individuals make up less than 20% of certified practitioners.
We strive to contribute to an exponential increase in the representation of Black leaders and BCBAs in the field of behavior analysis.
