SYDNEY-DAVIES is an independent luxury clothing label that prides itself in unique, statement, fashion-forward clothing for the style conscious individual. Founded in 2013 by Graduate Designer and Alexander McQueen trainee Euphemia Sydney-Davies, the brand has made stellar advances within the fashion industry. Debuting in New York and having graced the pages of Vogue, Dazed, Hunger and global media channels such as BBC, ITV, Reuters, Aljazeera to name a few.
The brands bold use of colour, prints and creative tailoring characterize its versatile pieces. Previously catering to both womenswear and menswear, the brand made its debut within the glitz and glamour of the fashion industry with a strong ethical message and a heart for reinvesting, mentoring, developing and rebuilding through fashion and the opportunities the industry can offer the current and future generations. This has led the designer to working and creating opportunities in her native country Sierra Leone which enabled her to represent Sierra Leone on a global scale for the Commonwealth Fashion Exchange spearheaded by Eco-age and The Royal Family which saw all 53 states represented through design or craftsmanship with central focus on Ethical and sustainable practices within fashion.
